• No Redistribution: You may not copy, share, resell, or otherwise redistribute any content from the App.
• No Machine Learning Use: You may not use any content from the App to train, fine-tune, or evaluate large language models (LLMs) or any other artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Grasp eReader application (the “App”), provided by Envizion Software LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. Account and Access

To use the App, you must sign in using your Google or Apple account. We collect only your user ID and email address for the purpose of account management. You must be at least 13 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the App.

2. Purchases and Content License

When you purchase or download a digital book (“Content”) through the App:

• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and read that Content through the App for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You do not own the Content and may not download, redistribute, or modify it outside the App. We want to make sure that our Authors and Publishers have full trust that their work is not being consumed by AI in order to replicate their work for free.

3. Usage Restrictions

By using the App, you agree that you will not:

• Copy, distribute, resell, or publicly display any Content;
• Use Content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise assist large language models (LLMs), AI systems, or similar technologies;
• Circumvent any DRM or technical restrictions placed on the Content;
• Use the App in any way that violates laws or third-party rights.

Violating these restrictions may result in suspension or termination of your account and legal action.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the App and its Content (including but not limited to text, images, code, and user interface) are owned by Envizion Software LLC or our content licensors. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
